hello, my 4 year old son doesn't like too much discipline like he stops following instructions if said in a hurry or in anger. his teachers said he stops listening if anything said strictly. is this behavior normal?

Yes and actually this kind of behaviour starts from home only because when kids are stopped for everything at home or told something very strictly a lot of kids don’t like those boundaries which is why they behave like this so you really need to change the approach towards the child and so you need to communicate with the school people as well
