Q.

Hello, My 4 months old boy breastfeeding baby weight 7.2kgs.he always sucks fingers and hands.My parents and grandparents says ur milk not sufficient to him that's why he put hands in mouth always. is it correct?but my doctor says only breastmilk till six months. my parents says start cerlac or biscuits dilute in milk he is hungry.what to do now? help me any suggestions
