hello, my 3 months old daughter is doing potty like watery and cough 4-5 times a day and its smells very bad...and she is only on breastfeed...is there any problem?

Teething and stomach infection are the most common reasons behind lose motions in this age so I’m just going to advise you to kindly check with your doctor on that they have to examine to understand the reason behind loose motions and accordingly they can advise you with the treatment for that
