Q.

Hello.. my 3 months lo always sleeps 6 a.m. in the morning and wakes whole night. This is very tiring.Please suggest if anyone faced the same problem and any solution.

A. Dim your lights in the evening Don’t interact with the baby during the night Baby will start to differentiate between day and night

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she use to sleep at 6 am in the morning and she remains awake at whole night then wait till she is 5 months
