hello my 3.5 month old baby does not turn towards the sounds, no response to my voice, limited social smiling, rare cooing I am worried it is autism I am so depressed

A. Oh God you’re thinking so much a child is only three months just give it sometimes sometimes kids don’t respond as quickly as you expect them to give it more one more and if you don’t don’t say anything changing within a month then you can consult your doctor and that is not related to autism instantly don’t jump to a conclusion please
