hello my 2 year baby has wet cough blocked nose at night he just through out little drop of blood plz what was that and why I am very much sacred

In such case you have to consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. You should not use any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr. Sometimes it can also be because of extreme heat. And also can be because of dehydration
