Hello my 2 month 15 day old is only sleeping in my lap on the feeding pillow or my husband's Till 2 weeks ago he would sleep on the sleeping mattress we have for him on our bed or in the crib for a while Now it has stopped Be it day time or night time Me and my husband take turns to hold him while the other sleeps What do I do Please help Everytime we put him down he wakes up

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy8 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Its normal new born babies always want to hold mothers touch some other family members to hold for warmthness.. But stop this as it may becomes habit.
Make him sleep in crib or bed put on comfortable warmth clothes,blanket ,socks ,cap for warm avoid cool breeze.
Initially they may wake up or cry or have disturbed sleep but make baby sleep on crib or bed avoid holding other than feeding time.
