hello...my 2.9 yrs old boy had fever 7 days....he had fever day and night in 1st 2 days...now he had fever after evening only.....our doctor said he had viral infection...gave medication like paracetamol and cefidixine and continued for another 3 days ...is his treatment ok? what i do for his prolonged fever
