Hello ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ my 17 month old baby boy is very weak and under wait too.. trying my best to feed him๐ญ I need some suggestions please

Mam I understand your concern but donโt be this is common thing with some kids I would recommend you to consult your doctor get some test done thatโs why your child is not gain weight what is the situation and according to that they will be able to give you appropriate help and response on that
