Hello, my 13 months daughter is passing hard stool and when she does she cries in discomfort. The anal wall gets stretched which causes her to cry load. What to do to loosen the stool. She is fed with rice and baby cereals.

A. Hello mom would suggest to give her good amounts of liquids such as coconut water , water , fresh fruit juices or juicy fruits , banana etc .. add ghee to her meals , avoid refined and ready to eat mixes for her
