Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper dhevaltuation .

Give allegra To your child twice a day for three days it is an antiallergic medicine it will help as of now you can also give indirect steam in halation to the child twice a day and nebulise your child that is going to give a better effect and if there is a pain in throat then maybe your child is suffering with a throat infection
