ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give all family foods to your child. Breakfast foods like poha, sheera, lapsi, Upma, idli, dosa, parantha, besan cheela. Lunch/dinner foods like roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, vegetable khichadi, vegetable daliya, pulao, curd.
