hello moms...is anybody taking lactare granules and lactonic granules...please discuss its effectivness, which one is best and is it safe to take anyone of these two without gync. consultation

sudiptaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy8 years agoA. Hii.. i have tried galact granules and I have found them pretty effective.. u can also take methi seeds soaked morning and night and shatavari powder to increase milk supply

I am working woman so, I feed him at morning and night he is on formula milk whole the day . last 2-3 days he taking more milk and always feel hungry , so can I start liquid food or semi solid food now ??? before six months pl help me
