hello mommies, should i give paracetamol to.my 2 months old after vaccination for 3 days irrespective of the fever.pls advice

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. not advisable. give Paracetamol to the child only when the child is either having pain or fever otherwise there is no need to give Paracetamol and you can just apply ice over it
