hello momies..I want to start soild for my baby as she is 6 months old now ..so which food I should give her first pls tell the meal plan also.

A. Okay so to begin with you have an option of giving dal water rice water fruits and vegetables are all kinds and you can give varieties of food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji make sure to include good amount of water and khichdi and porridge can also be given
