Q.

hello mom my child is 2 years old not able to speak fluently ,. she is saying meaning less sounds and repeating only few words like amma , apple , ball etc.. she is making sentence but completely meaning less , like aavu innga thaathas which means she wants milk ,😅 , but she understands everything we speak but reply in her own language like that I don't know what to do please reply is this normal

A. do not worry much and it will usually take three year time for the baby to speak up properly and babies are different in achieving their developmental milestones so some main speak early and some little late

A. hello most ba y will be able to speak sentences with two words or three words at age 2 bit yes some kids can have delay and just encourage your child and give the child more opportunity to speak which will gradually improve the speech on kids and nothing to worry
