No actually there is no such medicine which will help in gaining weight a proper weight gain is only there when a child is going to eat well so whatever the situation is on that basis I can recommend you that you should actually take some nutritional supplement for the child that’s what is going to be helpful in the probably a meeting of the deficiency is increasing the appetite or maybe it will work well enough to make your child gain weight because these things can happen sometimes due to deficiencies in the body
