ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal .
otherwise give syp paracetamol in proper dose in 6 hourly for 3 days.. give her ple ty of fkyuds to drink.. if no improvement n associated with other symptoms, consult ur doc.
