hello meri beti 2 year ki hai o din me or rath me sonne me bohot time leti hai 1 hour lgati hai kabhi kbhi 1 and half hour bhi lgati hai , hum usse koi mobile ya laptop yesu koi chije nahi dikhate fir bhi sone me bhout time lgati hai please any suggestions

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, try to give dinner by seven 7. give a gap of one hour let her play. By 8.30 give her a glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it the milk should be not too hot but not too cold it should be a little hot than lukewarm. So try this habit it will take a couple of week so after that she will start sleeping by 9.So make this as a practice.
