hello meri beti 1year10month ki hai. use 2 dino se poo nahi hui. aur abhi wo koshish mar rahi hai poo karne ki lekin wo bahut hard hua hai isliye bahar nahi aa raha. kya karna chahiye dr.?

Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctogr for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool
