ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom nahi bilkul bhi nahi .. biscuits mostly refined flour se aur hydrogenated oil se bante hai aur kafi sugar bhi hota hai , jitna avoid kar sake tho better hoga , as in constipation issues bahut hote hai
