hello mere beti 15months ki hai .. usko abhi daad k dant aarahe ha ek hi bar me usko niche n upr k daad aareha hi .. usko 6din se subha sar bht garam rehta hai syrup dalne k baad temp normal rhta hi ..fir fir noon mein halka sa fever ..night mein b fever rehtahi ..mgar subha bht zyda garam rhta h sar .. 6,months phle usko typhoid ayeti thi

Fever is commonly seen with lot of kids during this time and you can continue with paracetamol and if a fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours and you can consult your doctor and if you have anything to do with typhoid and you can check with the doctor whether it is there or not if your child is recovered or still having fever you can check with the doctor
