hello mera baby 6 month ka hai to plz healthy food diet plan bata sakate hai aur uska weight kitna hona cahiye ?

A. Dear parent, by 6 months, baby should double the birth weight. You can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
