hello mera baby 3 month 7 days ka hai usko cough bahut hoogaya hai doctor consult Kiya phir b waisa hi hai uskai liyai ab kya karai

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having a cough so give him nebuliser with Duoline respules or budecort respules and give him Ascoril Ls 10 drops three times a day

Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus Try to prevent temperature vfariationfs around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children For fever and pain give paracetamol Continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
