Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. breastfeeding is very important at least tell 6 months of age exclusively so you should take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids which will be helpful in increasing the breast milk this powder will not help too much

Lactating pills, powder are available which will improve milk production by taking them.
You can also improve milk production by including lactating foods in regular diet.
Milk, diary products, rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic, garlic milk, poppy seeds, saunf water, ajwain water, mutton kheema, having more water will improve milk production.
Also giving direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
