hello mam The bad posture of breastfeeding became severe back pain for me to tell recover

A. You should use a pillow into your lap when you feed the child this is going to give you a fake posture second I’m going to recommend you to put a belt across on your shoulder which will be helpful in keeping your shoulders straight and if you’re unable to do anything I know it’s not a good idea but you can feed your child in the sleeping position also
