hello mam/sir,my child is 4 an half years old...he is good bt from sm days I have been observe sm light white patches on his face...so I want to ask u...it's normal or vitamin deficiency or anything else?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriahhysis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Pruoper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

If the white patches are not spreading then it could probably be due to dryness if it is at a specific place but yes certain times there could be a bright possibility of deficiency of calcium as well as some skin related problem but without an assessment we cannot be sure about it so kindly consult your paediatric on this
