hello mam , my two old baby girl is suffering from continous constipation , can you tell me somw food choices regarding this.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. Okay you should apply castor oil in the navel of the child that was like a natural laxative and when it comes to food you should give all kind of fruits to the child which are rich in fibre and citrus and also good amount of fluids should be given
