first ,to make your child eat better ,I advise to offer few sips of water or tiny piece of ginger before half an hour of meal time which help to boost your child metabolism and increase his apetite.
second, teething grinding is common
it happens because of improper tooth alignment or because of stress or anxiety
so please make sure your child is well cared
