hello mam my son is 4 year 3 month old his weight is 14.3 kg and height is 100 cm is it normal? they do have several times infection in Tommy.

Approximately it is fine , not to worry on that , as some varation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and eating healthy.
give them enough fluids and also give them seasonal fruits and vegetables and dry fruits as well
