A. if the baby is 20 month months old so if the baby is not speaking even a single word and if there is any other issue like not proper eye contact so consult your doctor once

A. do keep encouraging the baby.. keep questioning about everything and every time.. Break the words and sentence and let the baby repeat after you.. let baby Mingle with same age groups.. as baby will start speaking as they see same age groups speaking..
