Hello Mam my son is 2 yr 1 month old we live in Delhi and we are on Holiday trip to Mussoorie. yesterday he was having a fever We gave him meftal and morning he vomits twice and his motions are also loose and he is having stomach pain also. kindly suggest medicine for the same Thanks
