A. Okay. Actually he used to poop once or max twice a day untill he was 14 months old. After thst i took him to a pool and he swallowed the water, which caused Ecoli bacterial infection. He got loose motions until a month. He lost 1.5 kg. Finally, after one month medicines, antibiotics the loose motions have stopped. But now he the stool is not watery . It's solid/ semi solid , but the frequency is quite the same. He passes stool within sometime after having his meal. I really don't know whether the food he eats, gets absorbed by his body. Otherwise, he is active. I have doubt, if it's sideaffect of prolonged medication?

A. No need to worry about the frequency and colour of the stool if the consistency of the stool is semix solid to solid. Also there is no need to worry about the smell of the stool if the consistency is normal. you have to meet the doctor if it is watery inconsistency or hard consistency otherwise semi solid to solid stool is normal.
