Hello mam ,my daughter is 7 months old she is sleeping at 3 AM in the morning what should be done? can you give me some suggestions for this?

A. So in this case it would be good idea if you avoid giving a long daytime nap or Number of naps during the daytime try to keep your child more up and playful and give 1-2 nap for small duration like maybe 1 to 1 1/2 hours avoid giving nap for more than three hours in a day in total
