Hello mam, My daughter is 3 years 9 months old . During every weather change, she suffers from cold and cough and fever also which takes 4-5 days minimum. shall I go for flu vaccination or not ? please advise

You should get it tested I think a blood test would be important because either it is a allergic reaction or whether change but having all the three things at the time same time could be an indication for a blood associated infection as well so please get a check up done
