Hello mam, my daughter is 2 months and 9 days old. She is having loose motions. Should I give her medicine or not?

See first of you understand this loose motion is due to some reason or it is just because of indication because in the initial 60 days of birth little bit of loose motion is common right now if it is happening constantly and every time in your child then you should consult the doctor
