hello mam my child is 10 month old and I want to ask u that I m giving him 2 dates and 2 almonds daily in his diet .is dis ok??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. I think it's more in quantity, but if he is digesting it without any side effects can give or cut to half of it. you may also g introduce other dry fruit too.
