Hello mam. My boy is 6 months 21 days old. I am giving me rice and Moong dal porridge once in a day. What foods can be added to his diet and in what form how much quantity can be given and how many times will be given in a day pls suggest me.

A. add Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi, suji porridge Ragi porridge, rice porridge. quantity depends on her appetite..
