Q.

Hello Mam My Baby's hair is very thin n not black too can u plz suggest which oil can help my baby's hair grow thick n blacky n also fruits veggies which give more healthy hair Awaiting for kind suggestions thanks in advance

A. Though hairs have a lot of genetics involved with them,they can be made better with proper care. The main content the hair is made of is protein called as keratin.Protein definitly helps a lot to thicken hair and hair growth. I dont know about your babys age,so assuming he is 6months plus try to give lots of protein in diet like dals khichdi, lentils soup, dal rice water,beans, peanut butter,curds etc. vitamin D has also proven to shown good results for hair growth.pumpkin amd sweet potatos can also be given for a good kick start for hair care. Avoid the babys scalp to dry.As babys are mostly lying down,they suffer from hair loss.Some amount of hair loss during 5-6 months of age is normal but if its more,its of a concern. oil babys hair regularly after washing with a good baby shampoo. use natural oils if possible.Addition of a little castor oil also promotes hair growth.

A. hello dear, baby hair will change with time still little care we have to do try mamaearth baby oil to massage scalp.. and cleansing shampoo.. it really help for hair growth and add protein to his diet

A. you should use Hamdard roghan badam Shirin to massage on the scalp of your baby and also it is advisable that you should give your baby green vegetables more and more
