Hello Mam, My baby is suffering from runny nose from 7 days. I am giving cheston cold syrup and nowi am giving ziprax syrup but no improvement there is no issue of fever or cough any other respiratory issue only runny nose I am Using nasocleae saline nasal drop. He has problem sometimes closed nose. kindly suggest me.

nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently 
 steam inhalation will also be hkelpful in this case
if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to feed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician if any further treatment is required for this.

hello you can use nasal drops and hobe indirect steam also and if the child is still not 9k after 7 days also it woudl be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
