Q.

hello mam my baby is one month old she has gas problem bcoz of which she is not able to sleep properly and cries frequently.. does my diet affecting her digestion? or what changes should I do in my diet so that it will help her

A. Dear mom what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause gas breast milk is composed of mothers blood composition of mothers blood remains the same irrespective of what you eat Newborn babies sleep for less duration at one time crying is the only way baby expresses itself formation of gas is part of normal digestion Burp baby after every feed especially in sitting position this will help
