hello mam ! My baby is 8.5 months old .I want to ask the question about his diet ,How many solid diet can I give to my baby and in what amount of quantity.

A. Three times in the day when you should give proper breakfast fruits lunch and dinner and along with that also I’m going to suggest you to give snacks if you want otherwise milk is good to be giving rest of the times and the quantity of the food would totally depend on the appetite of the child
