Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
about 3/4 katori per meal about 3-4 meals per day.
continue to breastfeed.

as a child is 9 months old,you can give semisoild food thrice in a day.
you can give food items like multigrain idli , fruits , boiled veggies in breakfast
while in lunch and dinner ,you can prepare sheera ,ragi or makhana porridge , suji kheer, khichdi etc for your child.
