iqra parvezMom of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. chek out her mouth she has some teething issues.. when premolars are completely visible then again she started eating food properly.. apart from this toddlers r very moody n always busy to find n explore something interesting n new. so I am idea to give her while she's busy to exploreing.. #my 18 month daughter does the same thing that's why I suggested u to do this walk n eat suggestion... thanks you...

First u can determine if anything is bothering your kid related to health like teething or cough or cold or stuffy nose or stomach pain anything of that sort. If everything looks good just give ur kid a break. Feed solids frequently even if ur kid takes very less amount. Don't force ur kid to finish the meal. Stop it when he or she says no then the next feed u can give earlier. Slowly ur kid will be back to normal. Low appetite can also be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite.
