hello mam muje period ki 15 se 20 days bad period jesa kmr v abdomen me drd hota kbi kbi white discharge b ho jata h esa q hota h bhut tej drd hota h betha b nhi jata plz tell any solution

A. hi mom little bit of vaginal discharge is normal u need to not worry about it but if pain is severe then you need to consult with the doctor for proper examination and advise regarding this

A. good evening I would request you please try to get your massage done on a daily basis this will help me show that you are not having so much of back pain and if it's still continues you should start taking calcium supplement
