Hello mam, mam meri 6 month ki baby h jo cesarian se hui thi. mam jb b main karwat badlti hun mujhe vaginal area me haviness feel hota h. mam main excercise shuru kr sakti hun?

It Should not be happening after six months of your delivery if you have this kind of an issue then it is important for you to ones get a check with your gynaecologist once because without proper assessment it would be very difficult to give you a clear guidance on the same
