hello mam I'm Reshma my son eating vegetables milk and health food but not gowth in weight...

A. do give him all family food.. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts. also give all types of fruit n veggies
