hello mam I have one year old baby from 2 days continuously she had vomits and fully water type loose motion we visited a doctor and he prescribed a medicines which is oflox suspension and nutrolin b syrup I gave continuously but there is no no response for it can you please recommend a syrup for loose motion and vomiting control please mam my baby completely tired...

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby needs appropriate antibiotics also It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
