Hello Mam! I have a boy baby who is 4 months old and the 5th month is running, so my question here is, can I start giving water and Solid foods like Ragi kanji etc? pls suggest me. And most importantly I need to resume my job next month, hence I am asking whether I can start giving solid foods or not.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. no please...till 6 mo th of age dont give any food and water to yiur baby, it has no any advantage... only breast feeding is essentil for babies toll 6 month.
