hello mam I have 2months old baby I have not coming my breast milk I use formula milk how to get brest milk please suggest to me mam

A. Shatavari powder is very good lactation supplement is going to be good for you to use as of now so you can use it three times in the day with warm milk along with that also focus on a balanced diet and lots of water and fluids in your diet
